Course Details
In this class we will discuss the different web server software packages available and when one would be better than the other. We will also go over some basic configurations to do some basic tuning of your web server and other components. We will briefly go into ways to secure your web server and make things as stable as you can. We will dive into what a Virtual Host is and how to configure one. We will also dip a toe into modules such as mod_rewrite and mod_security.
